This is a great Chance to own a little nice Helicopter!
The Heli was overhauled in 1999 and the TSO is 1795h.

The Heli also comes with a brand new set of Tailrotorblades with Zero hours on it, installed in 04/2012 according to the new FAA requirements!

The Heli is in really good condition and the MR Blades have got 1159h left and /or untill 10/2018.
The TR Blades are the ones with the rounded Tip (new style)with Zero time on it (so 12years to go and 2200h).
The TSOH is 1673h

There are many good components which have more hours left than the other parts .
For example has the engine got 716h remaining.
Magnetos are brand new installed at the actual anual …….

Everything is fine a the Heli flies perfect!

It is newly registrated with the Registration OE-XXD, with a new 100h inspection and a new Anual!
New painted in the original Beta2 Paintscheme!!!

You are biding in a nice Rotorway exec 90 helicopter, which is much better that the 162F,because it does not have the problem of the FADEC computer that has to be send to the factory each time there is problem such as the engine running rich. (common problem with the 162 F.

Vehicle condition

I have never crashed, is in perfect condition, and it is being sold because I am moving to Philippines, and is to expensive to take it there and register. the helicopter is kept in Manassas Regional Airport in a hangar

This beautiful Helicopter has got only two owner since new.
The Heli was never used for Training, and was always hangared.
The TTSN is 405h (!!!!)
in 2011 we installed a new engine because of the Cranshaft AD. This engine has got TSO 35h (roller Tip one), as well as the TR Blades (35h) and the Drive Belts
The Main Rotorblades have left 2200h/12Years!
The Heli comes with a brand new ARC!

The Heli was built in 1999, and this month the 12year inspection is performed! so the Heli has got a brand new set of Blades and is ready for the next 12 years!

It flies perfect and has got lots of power. XXY has got as well a “normal” landing Gear without the fixed floats, to make the ground handling easier.

The Heli had never any damage and looks like new in its perfect paintscheme.
The Interior is like new, with dark blue leather seats. XXY has got the 7whole panel and tinted glas around.
